Add ability to create features from initiatives

When creating a feature I would like to more easily be able to link to initiatives as they are created. I would like the initiatives drop down to include only the product initiatives I'm working from (or at least show them first).

Even better, I'd like to add features from an existing Initiative since I always want features from the same project linked to the same initiative. The only issue I see is what release to place them under. The default could just be the parking lot. 

NOTE: I can bulk edit features to assign them all an initiative from the Features List view, but would still like this functionality so I can create new features right from the initiative screen.
