Make it easier to create and Link Initiatives to Goals
When I am creating my initiatives that will relate to my goals, I find myself having two tabs open with the initiative and goal view, as it easier to see all the information about the goals, and finding my goals in the search field can be frustrating at times
It would save time, if I could create initiatives directly from the goals themselves. What would be even easier would be the ability to view both the initiatives and the outcome in one management screens and drag and drop the initiatives to the goals.

Thank you for the idea. This is possible today by navigating to the Related tab of your goal and clicking Add in the initiatives section. The status of this idea was out of date. You can learn more here: Link goals to initiatives.

Andy, just thinking this one through. You could use the starter roadmap to create swim lanes for all your active goals and then add new or existing initiatives into those swim lanes for your strategic planning work.
I agree. Being able to quickly add initiatives to goals (like you can with requirements within features) would be easy to implement and really helpful when planning strategic work.
