Ability to add filters to the Portfolio Report (specifically Release Name / Release Settings) Merged

It would be valuable to filter the Portfolio view by the objects shown on it. Specifically the Release name and also Release Settings to show/hide Releases based on Parking Lot / Shipped settings.

There is some functionality on this report that is attractive to high level stakeholders that cannot be replicated in other roadmap views such as the visual of the initiative rollups or progress colouring on the release bars. However the inability to filter any attributes can create a very busy report that detracts from the value this otherwise provides.
