Improve Opportunity Summary entry Merged

I had two challenges entering my opportunity summary.

1) 250 character limit, but I was not told how many characters my text was. There are user friendly ways to show how many characters a user has entered and has left or how many over a user is.

2) The text did not wrap. Annoying
