And using the field description to provide more context, which appears as a tooltip next to the field. You can customize both the field name and description in your portal's terminology settings.
can you make the maximum number of characters as customizable per workspace or account. Some orgs may need 400 and some may need to keep it as 600. Hence its preferable to keep it as customer settings.
