Have release filter on features board carry over to list report

The features board has a persistent filter for releases and the ability to add optional filters.

When you use the 'Create list view' option from the 'View type' menu in the top-left corner, the optional filters are applied to the list view but the persistent releases filter does not carry over. The release filter should carry over.
