Ability to link features in Aha with existing cases in Manuscript (formerly known as Fogbugz) Merged

If you create a feature in Aha you can send it to Manuscript (provided you have the integration set up) and it will create a new case, and the cases will be linked (within the limitations of the integration).

However it's not possible to specify this link for existing Manuscript cases. If this was added it would improve the integration work flow for those of us who use Manuscript for client support.
