always create Fogbugz cases as 'Features', not 'Bugs'

Currently, whenever an Aha feature is sent to Fogbugz, it is marked as a 'Bug'. They should start out as a 'Feature'.

    Thank you for the idea. We currently do not have plans to update this area as it does not align with our current strategy or recent customer requests.

    For information you can work around this by setting the default category to 'Feature' inside Fogbugz. It does mean however that every new case you create inside Fogbugz will default to Feature rather than Bug.
