Persona Layout Template - Position and Fields Visible

I have setup a persona layout, however the layout isn't applied when I set it to existing products.  Some fields are hidden and in the wrong place.  Please change this so that once a new layout is applied, all fields are visible and in the same location on the persona template.  Otherwise, each time this is changed...all products require updating.  So make one of the layouts a "Template" for others to follow like you do for integrations...or if the layout fields and positions are set at the parent level, then everything underneath looks the same as a default and then give the product owner an option to customize their product personas if they desire to.  But all "Inherited" personas would follow the layout of the top level.
