Pin a saved list view Merged

As a product manager, I want to be able to pin a saved list view so that I can quickly get to the Saved List view that I use all day long. 

Today, it defaults to some weird list view everytime I go to Feature -> List. I would like to be able to set the list view it defaults to in order to save me clicks.
