Enable More Workflow and Status Synching Between Ideas and Features Merged

Per the above article it's only possible for a very restrictive amount of state transitions on features to impact their parent idea, namely a move to "in progress" or completed. It would be very useful to see a way become available for ALL transitions on features to impact their parent idea.
