I'd like to log and Idea as belonging to a particular customer, rather than just the person that submitted it. If another customer has the same feature request then we just add their name and email address to the existing Idea. Then we can priortise Ideas by Customer requests (not just votes) and see which Customers have made which requests.
We've looked into doing this with the API ourselves, but definitely a valuable feature. We don't want to force the full SF integration because we want a customer-facing portal, but it doesn't work with the SSP SSO.
We use the SalesForce integration, which helps. What would help more would be if we could just pull the list of customers into a customer field during Idea submission along with account value, etc.
