Import Ideas from JIRA
We have Improvement tickets in JIRA that we now (as new AHA users) want to migrate to ideas in JIRA. I have the JIRA integration created and would much prefer to import using the integration vs exporting tickets to CSV and then importing manually (as tickets have formatting which impacts the importing.

We have the same challenge here where we have 1000's of backlogged ideas/wishlist items in JIRA and want to move them into Aha Idea's portal... at the moment this is a very manual task to sync across as issue types, then create to a related idea.
I'm surprised this is so difficult to implement. I guess it's unlikely to happen any time soon, if at all, given that it's been open for 6 1/2 years

Yes, this would be fantastic. I have a smaller team that gets Feature Requests from the larger business team in Jira. My small team wants to manage these FR's in Aha! as this is where they collect other business requests.
We use the CSV process, but have to manually update Jira and Aha! if there are changes... it would be great to use this like we do for Jira Epics to Aha! Features, mapping the fields that auto update.

JIRA is the main entry for support tickets.
Meaning that our customers report their questions as well as the bugs they face and enhancements they suggest. A possibility to transfer all these data into ideas would be great!!
This would be excellent, along with the ability to integrate the IDEAS portal with JIRA under certain conditions.
+1 The team wants to stay on Jira b/c it's used by the engineering org. Would like a way to do this so the ideas get automatically pushed to Aha Ideas for Product Manager Review.

I agree with the OP. We have thousands of JIRA "Ideas" that we need to import into Aha! Ideas and using the CSV is a bit tedious. Adding to this is the fact that the imported JIRA field values need to be checked to make sure they match what's in Aha!'s field values other wise the import fails. Thanks
