Allow import from Jira to Ideas Merged

Currently, I have to import feedback items entered through a Jira Service Desk (by way of SalesForce... long story) into the features bucket. From there, I have to promote each of those features to an Idea, and then from there I have to publish each of those ideas to our ideas portal so that it can be visible there. I am looking for a faster (specifically, automated) way to get feedback from Jira to become visible on our feedback portal.
