Although the Ideas portal is simple and intuitive (in my mind), we're looking to create a world-class customer portal and have gotten feedback that users don't know what to do when they log into the ideas portal.
To help with engagement and adoption, it would be amazing to have similar functionality as the Help ("?") and Support in the Aha! application. A first-run or welcome page would reduce the amount of confusion.

Thank you for your idea. Currently you have the ability to customize the header in your idea portal. It would be best to use this capability to add a link to a custom support page. That way you can better tailor the message to your specific customers. This article provides detailed instructions for customizing your portal.
