Ideas portal for Help centre, end-user support knowledgebase

Our ideas portal is the go-to for crowd sourcing customer ideas, and will soon be the place we host our release notes (cool feature btw!)

We still maintain a help centre from another provider, which currently contains our support knowledgebase, user guides, release notes, etc.

If you could extend the ideas portal to support this use case, (source of user guides, knowledgebase etc) it would mean our users can navigate to 1 place for all their product information and support needs.

End user benefits: Single location for ideas & help,

Internal Benefits: Consolidates systems, single place to maintain content, drives more users to the portal,

    Hi John, one thing to note is that you currently would be able to accomplish the top navigation you are hoping for. You could add a separate tab for "Help Centre" which would reference a specific set of notes/sub-notes in the left nav.

    I can appreciate the need for search. Especially in this use case. We will continue to monitor feedback on this idea. Thanks!

    I'd love a separate navigation option for an end user to view just the help centre. I.e. "Ideas, Guide, Coming Soon, Announcements, Help Centre".
    We have circa 150 articles in our help centre so some friendly search capabilities and navigation would be a must. Sharing everything with the vertical navigation of the notes section wouldn't be the most user friendly.

    Appreciate this is a different requirement to the ideas portal but I think you're pretty close.

    Thanks for the feedback! Did you know that you can actually share a folder of notes to a page on your portal? This will show a left navigation so that your customers can browse through all the nested notes.

    This might be a good solution for sharing guides or a knowledge base. Let us know what additional capabilities you would need in order to use notes that way.
