Add a shortcut button to get to the "backend view" of an idea

We have a lot of people who would like to see ideas via the Aha! welcome center, but maybe created the idea in the ideas portal. It'd be great if there was a shortcut button for them to do so rather than needing to type in the name of the idea.

    Hi Allie, they would need to be added as users in Aha! rather than as ideas portal users. This is done through Settings > Billing > Users. At that point, if they try to access the ideas portal Aha! will notice that their email address is associated with a user in your account and have them login using their Aha! login. They will then see the "View in Aha!" button. They do not currently see it because they do not have access to view the idea in Aha!, only in the ideas portal.

    Hi Austin, thanks for the quick reply. This isn't the case with others at my company. All they see is . "subscribe to the idea" If we access Aha! via okta would that have any effect on it?

    Hi there, this is already possible for Aha! users. If you login to the ideas portal using the same email address and password you use to access Aha!, the View in Aha! button in your screenshot will take you directly to the idea inside Aha!
