Add ability to bulk send features to JIRA when there are multiple JIRA projects

We have 5 teams and in each release, there are dozens of features. We are going to use tags to categorize which JIRA team will work on which features. Example:

"Find Team" features will be tagged with "Search", "Recommendation" or "Catalog Management System". Sending these over one by one to each corresponding JIRA project will be tedious. 

Please add the ability to bulk edit features so that we can use the filter view to get the right group of features, then send the features over all at once (either from the release slider or from the bulk edit on the list view).
