Allow reviewer-enterable time tracking on To-Dos

When assigning To-Dos to someone, it'd be useful to know how much time they're spending on it, rather than just Done/Not Done. That could be rolled into the feature/requirement/etc's time estimates, too.

This would need to be enterable by Reviewers.

    Thank you for the note. In scenarios where more details are needed (like time tracking), we would suggest using features or requirements instead.

    At this time, based on current priorities and available functionality, we are unlikely to make updates in this area. We hope you can understand.

Time Keeping Field in To-Do's

It would be great if you could add a time taken field to the to-do layout that allows the person assigned to enter the amount of time taken to complete the To-Do. You could then total that time on the parent item to allow reporting.
