Logging working time on a feature

I would consider logging time to be very similar to completing to dos- and permissions should be similar.  It would be great if reviewers could log time.

As you may know, Reviewers have many permissions in Aha! - they can see data about products they have, as well as to comment on items, and create and complete to-do's. We consider these to be "reviewing" type functions.

We have spent a lot of time refining this area of the product based on feedback from the community and are unlikely to make changes in this area at this time.
