Add ability to customize Pivot Report column order Merged

I’ve created a pivot table report that uses custom fields. I’ve put the custom fields in the report as columns. By default the columns are arranged alphabetically. Is there a way to re-order the columns?

Currently on pivot table reports, only the cell values can be sorted. Rows and columns are sorted alphabetically in most cases. 

My idea is to allow customization of pivot table columns and rows. Default is alpha. Custom would allow me to rearrange the fields any way I want.
