Link Competitors to Products and Chart them by Product

I work within a product line and marketplace with a complex competitive landscape of vendors and products.

Charting competition and threat scores at the company level does not yield actionable insight.  I need to be able to 

I need to be able to:

1. define competitive products
2. Link competitive products to my products
3. then set threat scores by product,
4. define competitive matrixes by product
