Custom Image field

Right now you can attach files to competitors or you can have a hero shot for a persona but I would like to be able to add image fields for both objects:

- image for persona in addition to hero shot (like you get in Facebook)

- screenshots for products embedded in the competitor page 

Also, it would be great to have scale, crop and move capabilities on this custom image field
