Add new Ideas Reporting Field for Commenter Name

Commenters names are currently embedded into the Public Comments field. However, there is no way to break them out for the purposes of being able to create reports showing the number of comments by certain individuals or the number of users adding comments.

There is currently a workaround which can help to achieve a goal of reporting on the number of comments by certain individuals.

By going to Settings -> Account -> Configure ideas portals, you can navigate to the Portal users tab. In this table, you can access the number of comments by each individual (along with the number of ideas and votes). This list can be exported and manipulated via excel.

At this time, we do not have additional plans for specific reporting fields by commenter name, but we hope that this workaround can help to achieve the same goal. We hope you can understand.

This is needed and I'll explain why.

The information in the Settings -> Account -> Configure ideas portals metrics only show data for Ideas Portal Users. Ideas, comments and votes created by Aha users are excluded and I cannot report these metrics for the complete user base.

Creating reports seems the logical way to do this but is limited by not having a field that can be added to say a pivot table to recreate the Settings -> Account -> Configure ideas portals metrics across bothe the Ideas Portal and Aha user base.
