Filter by Idea > Public Comments Count

In a report, I could use the ability to filter ideas based on whether they have comments or not. For example, "Public Comments Count > 0".

This would be more useful than sorting by the comments count field, as it would return a much shorter report which could then be sorted in other ways without having lots of non-commented ideas visible.
