Add Delimiter to Public comments field or add 'commenter' and 'comment date field'
I'd like to know who is commenting on ideas to measure engagement of my team with customers. The way the data is present today aggregates the comments to one field and keeps me from being able to extract the user name and date of engagement from the comment text. Possible solutions:
- add a delimiter between the comments to allow parsing in a BI tool or excel something like a pipe (|) could work because it's not common in comments (see picture)
- enhance the reporting functionality to include the commenter and comment date as elements to pivot against.

Future consideration
As a follow up here, I ended up leveraging the API to retrieve this information directly from the system. It would still be easier to get it directly from the UI.
