How should it work? |
When I'm creating a report on Ideas, I want there to be fields for the date of the most recent Portal Comment or Idea Comment. Then I can sort on these fields and find the most recent comments on the portal. Currently the Ideas Overview page shows a feed of recent comments, but I have to look at each workspace separately, and it doesn't go back very far. Currently the 'Last idea portal comment' and 'Last idea internal comment' fields show the user and date....this is helpful, but I can't sort on it. |

FYI this functionality is now available - there's a new field called 'Idea last portal comment date' that you can filter by. The two additions that would be great are:
The ability to filter by WHO commented so that I can exclude comments from members of my own organization
The ability to filter out if a comment has already been responded to by a member of my organization - that way I can ensure I only see comments that have not yet been responded to.
This would be extremely helpful. We're building a dashboard for our PMs and one of the SLAs that we want to track is time to respond to portal comments. We can't currently build a report on that because there's no way to sort by comment date.
