Reportable field for Idea portal comment DATE

What impact would it make?

Make it possible to easily find comments that were recently added to portal ideas.

How should it work?

When I'm creating a report on Ideas, I want there to be fields for the date of the most recent Portal Comment or Idea Comment. Then I can sort on these fields and find the most recent comments on the portal.

Currently the Ideas Overview page shows a feed of recent comments, but I have to look at each workspace separately, and it doesn't go back very far.

Currently the 'Last idea portal comment' and 'Last idea internal comment' fields show the user and date....this is helpful, but I can't sort on it.
