Please keep HTML formatting as much as possible when creating an idea from incoming email. Now useful information gets lost.
As noted, when creating ideas from email, these are currently formatted as plain text. One potential workaround which may be helpful is that it's possible to include attachments with any ideas which have been submitted via email.
At this time, based on the workarounds noted, along with community feedback and current priorities, we do not have plans for additional updates in this area. However, we hope that the ability to attach files can help to ensure that all key information is included.
