Be able to add a description to notebook 'pages' Merged

After I include a report into a notebook, I'd like to be able to add a brief description to the viewer as to what they are seeing, what filters may have been applied, etc.

    This would be really useful in terms of making Notebooks more "readable" additionally I would like to be able to add a Title to the page (current one is a bit lost in the header) so you a new notebook page is:

    <HEADING>

    <User added description of the page / report etc>

    <AHA item (report etc?>

    Got it. Thanks for the additional details, Joe.

    This is related to enhancements which we are making which would allow you to add summary/descriptions and other areas. Stay tuned.

    No, I'm adding a report.  The report has several filters applied (which isn't always obvious to the reader of the *notebook* in which the report is copied.  I'd like to be able to go into the Notebook, and in that section where the report is, just underneath it be able to add a summary/description just like we are able to do in other areas (i.e. when adding a Goal, there is a title, summary, then a description).

    Make sense?

    Joe - thanks for the suggestion. Are you trying to add an image to your notebook? If so, you can create a caption for your images. Go to Product -> Files and click on the image of interest. There will be an "Add caption" button to allow you to include a description. You can then add this to your notebook.

    We're also working on enhancements to Notebooks which would provide you with some additional flexibility in the areas that you had described.
