Add a format painter in description fields

In all the description fields (in addition to bold/italic/underline/bullet points and so on), I'd like to have the "format painter" that exists in Office suite so that I can copy the formatting of a text to another text.

    The current editor supports the ability to format and align text, create bullets and tables and leverage different types of text.

    At this time, due to current priorities and existing functionality (and workarounds for a format painter feature), we are unlikely to make changes in this area. We hope you can understand.
