Add a Description tab to the first screen of the new record format

Thanks for sharing this idea. This might not be exactly what you're asking for, but I wanted to make sure you knew that you can make the "Description" field it's own tab.

To do this select a record:

1. Click ... > Edit custom layout

2. Drag the description field down to its own tab

3. Click "Save"
