Allow setting "To-do description" in reports to a rich text export

What is the challenge?

With most description fields, such as Feature description, pulling those fields into a list report gives you the option to choose whether the column will be formatted for a Rich text export or a Plain text export.

The description field for To-dos is missing this "Format column" option though it is also a rich text field.

What is the impact?

This makes it difficult to export To-dos with all the associated formatting for users who add extensive detail into the description field. This can also make it difficult when re-importing data.

Describe your idea

Add the same "Format column" option for any description or other long rich text fields that do not currently have it.
