Make the Initiatives screen function like the feature list screen

Show attribute columns that can be added and removed, along with filters that can be added and removed. The current Initiative screen is almost useless – it takes up waaaaayyyy too much vertical space and shows very little content on the screen unless you drill into each initiative.
