Ability to remove or change Default Text from the create new goal or initiative screens.
When you create a new goal or initiative, at the top there is default text describing what they are. The description does not align to how we are using initiatives so we would like the ability to edit that text or at least remove it.

This is the same for the Objectives - there's description text below the Objective text box. The description doesn't match how we use Objectives and we'd like to change it globally. The text can be changed, but not globally. The only way to change it is to click into the text on every individual Objective and replace it - if you leave it blank, the default text comes back.
