Ability to assign a tag when creating a feature Merged

The "Create Feature" dialog only allows you to enter the feature name, description and type.   We use tags extensively so it'd be nice if we could assign tags right there when creating a new feature.  Specially since we use a lot the functionality of "Create Feature + Add another one".  Today it is very tedious to create multiple features and then have to find them all to add their tags.
