Add assignment to users to the new Feature creation modal

When creating a feature in the new Feature modal, i would like the ability to have a drop down to assign the feature to someone right at the creation process. Too many times i create it and then have to click in and edit it just to assign it to someone.

Default assigned to value to person creating the feature

When creating a feature or user story have an option to default the assigned to value to the person creating the feature or story.
