Import score metric values with ideas or features

I would like to be able to import the score metric values to ideas or features. When importing my backlog from another system like TFS I may already have gone through the effort to score them. It would be more efficient to import this value.

This currently applies only to the built in scorecards in features and ideas. Custom scorecard fields are not yet included.

Does this work for Initiatives as well?

Hi there. Great news! It is possible now to import score metrics via CSV. When importing features or ideas, you will see an option to map each scorecard metric to a column in your CSV. This article describes the import from CSV process in more detail. If you have questions here, please email support@aha.io for additional guidance. Thanks!

This is needed.  Right now this is a manual and time consuming task.

Adding an import for scores would be huge for me, especially right now. I would also love this for initiatives too. However, there are far less initiatives than features, so I am happy to wait for that. Thanks!

Yes this is really helpful so long as you are able to populate fields in an individual scorecard for a particular feature (feature reference #) idea etc.  Saves time and also reduces errors.  We would like to import cost estimates from suppliers per feature.

This is a tedious task.   An import would definitely help.  Can we get it added to bulk edit also?  Thanks,

This would be a useful workaround to the problem of not being able to score directly on the Aha! platform (one metric at a time across all features). When we're using WSJF to prioritise or play planning poker, features are relatively scored on one metric/dimension (e.g. business value) first, before scoring all features on the next metric and so on. Doing it this way is important to get relative scoring correct. Currently we have to do the scoring in Excel and manually add these, feature-by-feature, to Aha!, or else direct entry to Aha! involves 3 clicks per metric per feature. Working directly in Aha! also exposes scores for all metrics, whereas the ideal is for each dimension to be scored in isolation to avoid bias.

Import/Export Scorecard values

Allow score card criteria values to be exported to CSV and imported again if there are any changes made outside of Aha. This is critical when sharing with users who don't have access to Aha or prefer to do some analysis in Excel.
