When promoting an idea to a feature, allow an option to use the idea score as the feature score

We score our ideas and features with the same scorecard and would like to preserve this score when promoting an idea to a feature for easier backlog prioritization.

    If the same scorecard is used for the ideas and features then scores will automatically transfer from the idea to the feature when the idea is promoted to a feature.
