Import data to custom scorecards via CSV

Currently, the CSV import supports importing data for built in scorecards (e.g. features, epics, ideas), though this is not available for custom field scorecards.

It would be helpful to be able to import scorecard data for custom scorecards when using a custom field type of scorecard.
