Allow Multiple Users to be Assigned to Features Merged

As a developer who works in a highly collaborative environment, my team and other teams from our organization (I'm sure) would appreciate being able to add multiple users to one feature when we pair and mob. This would make our planning sessions much easier when deciding who to assign a story to, as well as provide a more accurate view to a developer's capacity during a sprint cycle.
