Ability to approve a recently rejected To Do
Sometimes our QA or Doc teams will reject a requirement because they have questions or additional clarification is needed. Once they are satisfied with the requirement they would like the ability to go back and approve it. This way we don't have to implement a workaround that entails Approving but with changes or Just not approving at all until all changes have been made.

The 'Approve' button has an 'Approve with changes' option for exactly this situation. Alternatively, a reviewer can leave a comment on the to-do and wait to approve until their question or concern is addressed.
Many of our customers need to ensure that approvals follow a strict process. Because of this and the solutions above, we are unlikely to allow reviewers to change their response to an approval. We will keep this idea open and continue to evaluate if more feedback comes in.
