What is the challenge? |
When a to-do is assigned to multiple approvers, if the first approver rejects the to-do, the remaining approvers are unable to respond to the to-do. |
What is the impact? |
The remaining approvers do not have the option to provide their feedback on the to-do. An approver selecting "reject" should not exclude others from reviewing the to-do because we want to track against and account for responses from all approvers. This would be helpful for clarity, even if the overall review is marked as rejected. It allows the assignee to evaluate responses from all approvers and make updates at once. |
Describe your idea |
Always enable responses from all approvers, regardless if the first approver rejects the to-do. |
