What is the impact?

At the moment, I can't tell a story of how our project portfolio has evolved over time.

Describe your idea

Take snapshot of data at the end of each month (for example) and provide ability to chart data over periods (preset and custom),eg count of projects by development stage by month (pivot + chart); count of project RAG status by month etc.

I've chosen Releases as category because of how we use the system but would clearly be useful elsewhere also.
