Integration notification says that someone else made a change Merged

What is the challenge?

When I get notified there was a change, no matter who made the change (even if it was me) it states it was our admin making the change. This is confusing and inaccurate.

What is the impact?

We have to deep dive every time a change is made to figure out what actually changed and by whom.
