Provide a less disruptive warning when data is truncated in Reporting

What is the challenge?

When I'm editing a report, I constantly see this warning.

I'm aware that my dataset is quite large (and I'm actively trying to filter it down), but it's annoying to be constantly reminded via this popup.

What is the impact?

After a while, it gets quite disruptive.
