Allow setting paid seat group to "None" via CSV import

What is the challenge?

It is possible to update a user's current paid seat group via a CSV import by adding a column for that field and inputting their new group info, but there is no way to fully remove a user from a paid seat group via this method.

What is the impact?

When cleaning up paid seat groups or performing other user management activities in bulk, the CSV import saves a lot of time. Not being able to set paid seat groups to blank via CSV forces you to take this action on each user individually or in smaller groups.

Describe your idea

Allow an input such as "0" or "NULL" in the paid seat group column on a CSV to set an existing user's group to blank.
