CSV Import for users, Admin access only, no paid seat

Today, you need to be a product or workspace owner to use the CSV import for new users, this means that a billing admin cannot bulk import new users, but has to add them one at a time. Please consider changing the CSV import for users so a billing admin can bulk import new users without the need for a paid seat in an Enterprise or Enterprise+ account.

    Thank you for the idea. Given the low volume of support for this idea, we do not have plans to make updates in this area at this time. It is currently possible for product owners to import users. We hope that helps!
