moving paid seats from one group to another

We have multiple paid seat groups that represent each of our different business units which allows us to delegate the administration of paid seat licenses. Each seat group has maxed out their allocations and we have no unused licenses. The issue is that we are in the middle of a reorganization and need to move people from one group to another. it would great if there was a move option that would allow us to move a user from one group to another and the paid seat group allocation would automatically update.

Instead today we have to do a manual and tedious process of one by one removing a person from a group and freeing up a allocation slot then moving the person to the new group.
