Log time on behalf of other user via API

What is the challenge?

As we track the time using another tool, we would like this to be imported in Aha via API, with the appropriate user assigned

What is the impact?

This will make it possible to have proper time logging in Aha as well without the need of double tracking in two systems

Describe your idea

As we are already tracking the time with another tool, we would like this time to be reported in Aha as well. This is currently possible via APIs but the user linked to the time log is always the user authenticated via the API. We would like to have the possibility, in the API, to force the user to be associated to the logged time, so that the data is correct.
