A method to effectively control and manage API access in Aha! Merged

Who would benefit?

Aha! administrators

What impact would it make?

It would help track the API usage across the instance. For example, if someone is generating heavy traffic by creating thousands of Aha features per minute, we as admins need a method to identify and restrict the usage. Currently it is impossible for us as admins to track the API usage in Aha!

How should it work?

Ideally an interface would help. Where admins can go and track the usage of Aha! API. If not, we at least need a logging mechanism on the API tokens that are being used by folks. We also need a one to one mapping between user and their API token.
